Power door locks dont work until ignition switch on. Also power windows work with ignition off. I was thinking maybe a bad switch

 

Year of car and options such as remote, etc.

 

2010 has factory keyless entry built on to key

 

Suggest searching internet on the procedure to reset windows. Youtube has videos. Worth a try.

The Main Body ECU controls power from the battery to the power windows and door lock system.

If the power windows are still powered with ign key off, this part may be bad.

For a replacement try Ebay. Part called Main Body ECU. Its a small box plug-in part located under the dash.
