Default Major Maintenance Intervals

I've got an 07 Camry, 4 cyl, 5 speed manual...I drive about 40k miles a year...the car has 75k on it right now. I had a few questions:

1. How often should I change the transmission fluid?
2. When should I change the power steering fluid?
3. When should I change the coolant?
4. Timing Belt?
5. Water Pump?
6. Spark Plugs?
7. Differential fluid? Do I even need to change this?
8. Should I switch to synthetic oil (OW-20)
9. Anything else I forgot?

The Toyota maintenance book doesn't mention anything about when to change the water pump, timing belt, etc.

I plan on driving this car to the ground...so I want to know what I maintenance I need to perform to extend the life of this car.

HBMike11,
Did you ever find out anything on the transmission? I have an '04 Camry with manual transmission and 116,000 on it. My garage says there is no maintenance to perform which I doubt.
Thanks,
Vince

See your other post.

The only maintenance is fluid changes. The owners manual may not list a time period for fluid change under NORMAL driving conditions. Even so, fluid does not last for ever.

As the mechanic if the fluid was ever changed.

If never changed, ask the mechanic to do so when in for any service work, then change it every 60K. If mechanic objects state it would make you feel better (they are being paid for their work, thus why object). If they refuse for some strange reason, find another mechanic for this job.

No change of fluid at 100k?! No car can do this! I don't care what kind of car you have, change the tranny fluids!
