mice
I have problems with mice getting into our camry's. I have tried several things, moth *****, fox unrine, rotapel and traps. I keep posion out at all times. The cars are kept in an open, clean carport out in the country. One would think that a new car would be design good enough to keep mice out of the car. They seem to be coming in through the heat/air system. I had to remove the blower fan today to remove baby mice and acrons. Who would I contact in the Toyota group for help for this problem.

Not sure.
Suggest a search of this forum. Suggest trying a much larger group called Toyotanation.

Setting the heat control to "recirculation" when parked may help. That closes off the outside access. On another vehicle I had to install wire screening (1/2x1/2) in the air intake. Not much else you can do.I would not advise poison in the outdoors as other animals can eat it, itmight also mean you'll have dead mice in the vent system.
Thanks for the info, we are trying this and for the present time it seems to be working. Must have been one baby mouse left behind, terrible ordor in car. We have removed the fan twice looking but can"t find it. Will just have to let it go away, what a bummer. Tried several sprays.
