Model Years 2002-2005 Normal Engine Noise
Hello Everyone,
I recently test drove a 2005 Camry LE (4-Cyl), and the engine seemed considerably louder than the 2002 Camry LE (4-cyl) that I own. Has anyone else observed this or is this an isolated case? I've searched Google and I found only one thread on another forum that was similar.

I'm considering to buy a 2003 model SL350.
I'd been driving current C200 and S350 class models in the last few years, and the engines had always felt very silent while driving.
However, the SL-350 I've test-drived today was noisier inside and I was able to feel the moderate vibration the engine generated.
Is this normal for a SL class or a character of roadsters of Mercedes, since I always believed Mercedes driving experience should stay silent?
