The batteries are in good health charging even when the connection with the electric motor is not working.

What makes you think the car is stating to replace the battery?

Does the car operate OK?

Do the arrows show the engine charging the battery/

Suggest better luck with an answer at the Toyotanation.com website in the Camry hybrid forum.

If the car operates normally then reframe your question to state what the arrows show or don't show. As in they may show the battery charging but not powering the battery.
