Need feedback on 07 V6 Camry
My gf is going to buy the 07 V6 camry soon and we wanted to get feedback on those of you who already have the car.
1) How's the drive?
2) Powerful or no?
3) Any problems with tranny?
4) Any abnormal noises?
5) Overall, how is the car?
Thanks for feedbacks.

RE: Need feedback on 07 V6 Camry
We just ordered my wife's '07 Camry SE-V6 this week, but it won't be available for 6-8 weeks.
The feedback I've read has been mostly positive except for the tranny issue, but that appears to affect .000XX Camry owners. The postings online would lead you to believe it's more widespread, but I went through the same issue with my wife's '99 Accord.

RE: Need feedback on 07 V6 Camry
they are great. i cant wait to test drive em when we get a delivery of cars. with the sequential shift it will chirp every gear. ive had to change alot of tires for customers who peeled them right off before the first oil change even (not bad tires, but man that thing can lay down some tire if you want it to)
we have had one tranny issue. but it was an assembly defect, and we see hundreds of these cars in a month. it was covered under warranty, and not something poorly designed. happened in the first 2k miles. and it has a 60k powertrain warranty.
dont get the trd wheels, they are overpriced. there are a ton of better alternatives that are priced cheaper. other trd accessories are ok, afterall they are engineered by the company to work with your car. but dont expect much in the way of performance from their air intakes and such. best go go aftermarket.
it handles well, it doesnt come with a true "sport" suspension, but it is standard stuff. aftermarket kits are already available and they will only drop in price. smooth, very quiet ride.
its motor trends car of the year for a reason. best camry yet. ive already talked my folks into buying one (long time ford buyers)
if you are use your phone alot, get the bluetooth voice option. its pretty nifty.
and dealers are alway willing to let you take a test drive fi they think they can sell you one. and believe me, you will want one once you drive it.
