no fuel,no spark,93 camry, 4 cylinder
The car just quit, while driving on the highway no warning.no sputtering.just went dead???
I replaced the fuel pump, fuel pump relay, efi fuse, replaced main relays
distibutor was replace, with igniton coil,20,000 miles ago.
timing belt done about 2 years ago,
just wondering what else i,m missing...would failure of the efi modual cause this??. going to replace the efi modual..today ! what are the symptoms of computer failure??? any help would be appreciated...James
The fuel pump is not priming when I turn the key..I did run a jumper to the pump and it definetly works...
no hint of starting at all and it seems to be turning over faster than normal.

Make sure the timing belt did not break. Remove the distributor cap and watch for rotation of the rotor when cranking engine.
The pump will not run unless the engine is cranking over during starting or running.
You can bypass the various relays by jumping the FP and B+ terminals inside a small plastic box labeled "Diagnostic" mounted on the passengers front strut tower inside the engine compartment.
Check out the reason for lack of spark first.
Make sure the coil and injectors are getting 12V DC power, they receive power from the same source.
Check the coil for spark.
