My cigarette lighter "light" not working.
ashtray light not working.
lighter works. All lights work.

Also has anybody put speakers in rear doors or in rear deck in front of reverse light?
Thanks in advance!

Check the following when the dash lights are turned on.

Clock numbers get brighter. Rear defogger and hazard buttons light up.

To access the rear deck the deck cover needs to be taken out. The method used to take the cover out depends on if the back seat folds down or not.

I have replaced factory 6x9 speakers in rear deck.
I'm asking about the two square holes in between the 6×9's. About 4 or 5 inches square each.
Thinking about cutting those out and using as speaker holes.
also cutting hole in rear door panels if there is room?

As the lights go...everything seems to work fine except little light in cig lighter and little bulb in ashtray.

The power and ground wiring for the problem lights also connect to the lights that work. The issue seems local to the light bulbs or their local wiring. Determine if the bulbs are getting power and their ground wire is connected to ground.

Might look first for square speakers.
