Now used Lisle 77110 22 mm Harmonic Balancer Socket. Amazon $26.00. Picture from Amazon. Next day ship. Would not turn with 18 V Impact but spun off in 5 seconds with air impact. Will keep you posted. It is a solid socket hence gives the air impact more torque.

Just removed harmonic balancer and noticed missing rubber in the channels on both sides. Should I replace it?

The outer pulley of the balancer is held to the inner part by the rubber in-between. Check the integrity of the unit as the outer ring can break loose from the inner part.

I have the following pictures.

1. The crankshaft both sides - Most of the rubber intact but a little chopped up in spots. Will replace with ATI Harmonic Balancer. Looks like good aftermarket.
Spoiler

2. Pictures of crankshaft and one camshaft alignment marks. Turned clockwise and lined up before I will remove tensioner, belt and replace all seals, waterpump, etc.
Bought a kit Aisin - Went to dealer for crank and cam seals. Bought cam seal remover and chain to hold cam in place while unbolting. Cam mark does not have best clarity.

Just sent out my harmonic balancer for rebuild. OEM $250 plus, aftermarket $120 depending on manuf. and rebuild about $150,

Did alot of searching after understanding how critical the harmonic balancer is to the engine I went with a quality rebuild. Took me a while to find one.
