Default Power locks

I have a 1999 Camry LE and the driver door's power lock no longer works. All the other ones work just fine, but when i push the lock button it does not lock. Any ideas what could be wrong/ how to fix it?

Thanks for any help you can give.

Start by checking the wiring between the door and chassis. Door usage can cause the wires to become damaged.

The actuator can fail.
