I have a '98 Camry, my driver side power window will go down if push down but it has problem going up. It goes up only like an inch then it will stop then you have to wait about a minute and then it will go an inch then stop. So to completely close the window will take about 10 minutes. Is this an motor problem?

 

Yes, you have a failing window motor. Common problem. What you can try doing instead of waiting the the limiter to reset is have somebody else work the switch to the up position while you use both of your hands to pull the window up.
