Problem with stock lip kits

hi, i just have my car repainted and now my stock lips are not smooth as before.The stock weather tapes are not stay smoothly and correctly like before due to removing the lip kits to get repaint. so what can i do now? can i buy the original weather tapes at dealer? thank you.
