problems with rear sway bar

problems with rear sway bar
my 1995 toyota camry 2.2L LE has had new bushings put on rear and now there is noise, not a lot just a little clunking back right side as if it's coming from rear right at about 10 miles per hour only, and as you go over bumps. when it's the sway bar can this happen??
