Question about changing differential fluid in 95 Camry.
i need to change the differential fluid in my 95 2.2 engine Camry. According to my owners manual it looks like it takes Dexron II fluid. I want to make sure I get the correct fluid, it looks like it takes transmission fluid instead of gear oil, is that correct ? Also need to know how many cans I need to buy and a good source to get it from. Is it available at Walmart and local auto stores or is it a dealer product ? The shop that just replaced my radiator wants $99.95 to change the differential fluid. If I can get to the two plugs I would prefer to do it myself and save some money. Thanks for your comments.

Just finished changing the differential fluid. I ended up calling Toyota and found out Dex 4 has replaced Dex 2 and 3. Went to the local dealer and picked up 2 quarts for $13.00 total. I sure am glad I didn't pay the shop a hundred dollars to do it. Next thing I need to do is change the tranny fluid.
