I have a 2002 Camry LE (2.4L, automatic). The left and right side engine splash shields need to be replaced. I do not want to pay full price for parts and labor at the dealer. Is there a way to get this replaced at a lower cost ... putting used shields or having them installed at other repair shops. I am in the Houston, TX area and not much of a DIY guy. Appreciate suggestions, part number information, places to buy part online, etc.

 

Search the internet, Epay, Amazon for 2002 Camry splash shield.

All list this part L/R and some for very a low cost.

The dealer will use more expensive Toyota parts. A shop most likely will want to furnish their pars own plus markup the price.

Replacement is easy enough if you can get under the car. Search internet for video's on replacing the splash shield. Most makes/models use the same attachment methods thus one repair process may fit all.
