Default Rough idle when warm - 2013 Camry 2.5 LE

2013 Camry 2.5 LE starts and idles smooth in park. Once warmed up and placed in gear vehicle rough idles and vibrates car. When taking off there is no hesitation and vehicle drives smoothly, only to have rough idle return when stopped in gear. Car is running rich with a light fuel smell at exhaust. No CEL or current codes. I received a few random misfire and running rich codes only when cleaning and diagnosing components, but once cleared they have not returned in over 1000 miles. Please help.

Background:
I have done the following so far to no avail. If something was replaced it either tested out of spec or was past it’s useful life. Idle relearn was performed numerous times throughout diagnosing.

-Visually checked to see if anything was disconnected or out of place
-Replaced air filter
-Replaced spark plugs & coils
-Checked for vac leaks
-Removed and cleaned throttle body
-Replaced MAF sensor
-Replaced coolant temp sensor
-Checked exhaust pressure
-Replaced both O2 sensors
-Replaced fuel injectors
-Replaced fuel pump/filter
-Replaced VVT solenoid
-Replaced alternator & battery
-Replaced motor and trans mounts
-Trans fill/drain with added Lubegard shudder fix
-Camshaft position sensors tested in spec

Have you checked actual fuel trim with a scanner?

Some state to look at the EVAP purge valve but assume a leaking valve would set a code.

What is the idle speed when in gear?

Did you change the plug wires?
