I need to replace the channel that the passenger side windows runs up into. It looks like there are a couple of bolts that secure it into the door. It should be an easy job unless there are special removal procedures. Are there?

Doe other parts also need to be removed? Will I be dealing with any types of sealants that I'll have to address (remove, clean, replace)?

If anyone has done this before I'd love some input.

BTW-It's a pretty expensive part. Has anyone had success with finding this in good condition at the junk yards?
