Toyota H chip all key lost

it's hard to program Toyota H chip key lost pro, and yesterday I saw eobdtool said that OBDSTAR X300 DP can do H chip key lost now. get my attention and hope to know the test report,has anyone tested it?

This video isn't practically useful if you don't have all the tools and equipment to program the new car key. That's the reason i will prefer to take help from a locksmith.

Youtube link is helpful and i am sure locksmith will also use such links to make these keys.
