Tune WHAT up?

I just bought a 2000 Camry with the 4 banger. 125,000 miles what should I tune up? Belt has 40,000 more before I need to change. Plugs and what else?

plugs air filter pcv valve clean the throttle body with air intake cleaner and a rag..... really no need to change the fuel filter on that thing i never change them and neither does the dealer.......
