I own a 2004 Camry V6.
My problem with my car is that sometimes when the weather is rainy and my VSC Trac off and engine light comes on while driving the car.
Sometimes it happens once a week. I usually reset by disengage the negative cable on my battery for 5 minutes and away i go.
Curious, if any other users have the same issues like me.

When the check light comes on again. Have the computer checked for any trouble codes or codes pending.

The check light coming on can cause the VSV Trac light to come on. A check engine light problem may not be related to a traction control problem.

Could be as simple as a loose or leaking gas cap or something more complicated.

Rain can cause issues with road traction which might cause VSV Trac issues. Humidity might cause ign problems that may set a code.

If the lights are coming on once a week. Turn off the VSV Trac system before driving and determine if the check light still comes on.

The internet has Utube videos on how to turn the system off.
