Default 1987 Air intake

Hey all,
I have decided that I want an air intake. Anyone know any K+N or other part numbers that fit the 87 Camry.

Also how hard is it to install. The hardest part looks like putting in the sensor.

Also, how do you check the legality of an intake system.

thanks in advance

Default RE: 1987 Air intake

I find it easier to hook up intakes in older cars cause they don't have as many connectors and sensors as the newer cars do. I suggest, since they won't make a intake for your car, that you head out to pep boys and buy this universal intake that they sell. Then just buy a k&n filter. If the sensor doesn't fit go and buy the attachment that they sell. Then it will def fit. It will be easy and should be under 100
