Default Denso Oxygen Sensor question

01 Camry Le 4Cyl Gas engine Auto Transmission.

It seems that the right part number for an upstream sensor without California emissions laws to clear bank 1 sensor code is Denso #234-4626. I tried to install it then it looks like the clip on wire is not compatible. The two ridges are on the opposite side therefore I cannot connect ito the wire harness. Did I buy the wrong sensor? I checked the driver side sticker and it says the car is manufactured under federal law etc. so I'm pretty positive its exempt California laws. Or did I receive the wrong part?

The current sensor that I have on from the previous owner (who knows if this was ever changed, most likely not) has a part number on it Denso "192400-8030 04S13" right on it. I tried looking up this number online but nothing comes up. I'm totally confused now.

Check for an emission control label under the engines hood.

California certified labels will vehicle conforms to California regulations or is legal for sale in California.

Federally certified cars will have a label stating the vehicle conforms to US EPA regulations. There will be no mention of California.

See link below and check "INFO" pictures of sensors to find your cars original wiring plug.
