so i have a 97' camry XLE with the 3.0L V6. im short on money but want to squeeze as much horsepower out of it as possible. i was wondering if there's any cheap ways to get more horsepower out of my engine..once i get more money i'm going to get the intake,headers, and exhaust..

 

No such thing as "free" HP, especially on small displacement engines.

How much HP, only way to know is to use a chassis dyno to measure pre and post HP.
