need help installing short ram intake
so I just got my intake in the nail, and now I need to install it. Im not the most mechanically inclined person in the world, so im going to need your help. I know I need to remove the air intake box and also the resonator box. Then clamp the intake piping to the throttle body and clamp the filter to the other end. What I do need to know is how to remove the air intake box and resonator box, and also how to plug the hole left by removing the resonator. also, there are two hoses that came with my intake and I know where they go on the piping, I just dont know where the other end of the hoses are supposed to connect to. There is also a third port on the intake pipe that im guessing is for the O2 sensor. There are also two different brackets that came with the kit. Help me Obiwan Kenobi, you're my only hope!

RE: need help installing short ram intake
never mind, I figured it out. One thing I still need to find though, is some kind of adapter for plugging the AIT sensor into the intake pipe. right now its being held in by scotch tape. I thought about removing the dummy plug from thestock pipe and just sliding the sensor into the cone filter and tighten the clamp around it. Any suggestions?

Yea I might end up lookin at the same issues if Im not careful. I'm lookin at the Spectre POWERADDER line, they have the individual parts to build your own custom intake. check it out:
