Default Which part should I buy first?

I am looking to enhance the performance of my 2007 camry XLE and I was wondering if I should get custom aeroturbine mufflers or t Enkei RPO3 rims. I am looking to make my car faster as soon as I can and I am wondering which of these two will make the most difference.

They will not make your car faster. If you gain any hp with the mufflers you can't feel it and the rims will give your car a new look. Why not go for a cat back exhaust?

Depending on the price of the rims you could get an intake and muffler with custom 2.25 inch piping. It won't give you much power but it will give you nice sound, better throttle response, and depending on the set up it can give you better power at lower rpms which is nice. If you add some power and get rims that are lighter than stock the weight reduction could make a tiny diffrence

Thanks for your help and do u recommend any specific muffler. I was thinking about aeroturbines. They have a nice sound to them but they don't come with piping under the chassis so I have to do it custom
