Default 2002 Camry loud humming noise

I have a loud humming noise the faster I drive . Took my friends for ride in car and all have different opinion on they think it’s a wheel bearing. Had a mechanic change driver front and still has noise . He said bearing was bad . But still has noise . He said wait till it gets worse to find out for sure . He said it could be axle support bearing too. I checked all bearing by jacking up and move tires 6 to 12 position and 3 to 9 . And support axle bearing seems fine . Now when I put brakes on coming off highway taking exit brakes pulsate a lot . Didn’t do that before till noise starting getting louder. Took car to mechanic and took for fast ride and said it was right front bearing but never jacked it up or put on lift and gave expensive estimate. Like I said no play . Should I try to get right one replaced . Any way of knowing for sure

The wheel bearing is a double row design. Unless badly worn it may not have much play.

One old test is drive the car on a straight flat open road at the speed which has the noise. Move the steering wheel left and right one direction at a time to shift the chassis weight from one side of car (bearings) the other. Note if the noise increases and decreases with this load shifting.

Since the front has two identical wheel bearings one can jack up the car and compare the play between sides. Grab the tire and push pull at the tire edge to check play.
