How should I do oil on the ol Camry? I want the best bang for my buck. I was thinking of getting those 15K mile oil filters and just topping the oil off when it is low. But maybe that's not so good. But do I use conventional, full synthetic? Or a blend?

Cause I used to have a car I would use conventional every 3-5k mile oil changes, then I had a car with full synthetic/dexos blend I could do every 10k miles.

 

What type of engine 4 or 6 cylinder?

The 4 cylinder had issues of excess oil burning due the oil ring drain holes in the piston slugging up. Suggest here using synthetic and changing every 5K miles. This may be overkill for a synthetic but not in this case as the only way to solve the oil burning issue is to replace the pistons.
