P0017 Crankshaft Position. Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 1 Sensor B)

Bank 1 is the cylinder head closest to the firewall. Sensor B is for the exhaust camshaft. Its closest to exhaust manifold. Sensor A is for intake camshaft and closest to intake manifold.
Bank 2 is the closest to the radiator.

Codes means timing chain has jumped teeth/chain is stretched or an ECM issue.

ECU has detected a deviation in crankshaft position sensor signal and VVTi sensor 1 for exhaust camshaft (Bank 1) signal.

Check for loose/jumped chain or ECM issue which could included grounding and power supply issues. If a jumped chain doubt the engine would run/idle OK.
