Default 2017 Hybrid Camry rubbing noise at front when over 70-80 mph

Hi guys,
I need your help for find the problem. I have 2017 Hybrid Camry, only 29K mile until today. However, the car still has problem, there is rubbing noise at front when I drive over 70-80 mph, sometime move the steering wheel to left a little also has the squeaking noise(also in high speed). Nothing happen in low speed, even I jack up the car and use hand to move the wheel, nothing at all.

The noise only happen over 70-80 mph, really big noise. I wouldn't say this is Electric motor noise, it's like metal rubbing noise. Does anyone has the same problem? Anyone know what's the issue?

Thank you
