Default 90 Camry - Charge, Brake and Lights dash lights staying on

A few days ago this 90 Camry's lights were left on and the battery went dead. I tried to jump start it with a Corolla but there wasn't enough amps in that battery to start it. A pickup truck came to the rescue. Now a few days later the Lights, Brake and Charge dash lights are all on at the same time. The engine starts ok with the battery, the e-brake is off, the fluid level looks good, and all the exterior lights check good. I cleaned the battery terminals and no change. Anyone have an idea??

Use a voltmeter to check for alt output at battery. Should be around 13.5-14.1V when engine RPM above 1500.

Check all the engine compartment fuses.
