Brake Lights wont work

Brake Lights wont work
I have a 1995 Camry. At first the brake lights wouldn't go off and I had to remove the fuse to keep my battery from going dead. Now I have no brake lights at all. I had a new brake light switch put in but that's not the problem. I need help!!!
