Camm timing

Cam/crank pulley timing?
With belt off.
Rotate cam pulley CW until the hole in one spoke is at the top of rotation. Align hole to center the notch/mark in it. The notch located at the top of the front cam upper bearing mount.
Rotate crank CW until at 0 degrees with timing mark on lower timing cover.
To align with mark, you can install the belt over the crank pulley then install the cover and balancer.

Hi
Can any body please help with timing marks for a 5F-SE engine. It is the one in a 95 220 SEI Camry. all the info given to me is for the single cam. This one has two cams and I need the correct position for the marks on the cams to get the compression right. It might sound stupid but I have align the marks on the cams. Then I swing the motor and it sounded like when the timing is broken.
