Default CAMRY 06 SOUND WHEN BRAKES IS APPLIED AT 80mph

Please can anyone tell me why I hear a sound when i apply my brakes (Camry 06 standard) especially when i am travelling at high speed (over 80mph).
Someone mentioned it could be the hub... Please how can i know exactly what is wrong and how do i correct it?

What type of sound?

Does the steering wheel shake or brake pedal pulse when the brake is applied?

If you think its a hub. at high speed try moving the steering wheel slightly one way or the to shift the cars weight then listen for any change in the sound of the noise.

Thanks for the response. The steering wheel doesn't shake. it is a brake pedal pulse kind of noise, which sounds when the brake is applied... it's coming from the rear side wheel of the passenger side. could it be the brake lining? (also i will try that to be certain it's not the hub)

Any change in the noise if your move the steering wheel slightly left and right at high speed to transfer more or less weight onto the axle/hub?

If you thinks its the right rear passengers side rise up that side. Check the tire for excess play cause by a bad bearing and noise or biding when rotating the tire.

Take the tire off and check the brake pads for excess wear and rotor for damage..
