Default Clunk at rear when stopping

When making a stop in my 2003 Camry, there is a "clunk" at the rear and it almost feels like something in the rear moves a bit. It only happens if I make a sudden or even a "normal" stop. If I cruise slowly to a stop, then nothing happens. I wanted to check with the experts here before I decide to take it into a mechanic. It's a 2003 that has 225,000 miles so I don't want to spend a lot of money on it. Other than the clunk, the car runs great and always has (I'm original owner). Any advice as to what this might be would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve

Could be the pads are shifting in their holder and hitting it. Not a problem.
