Default Fuel Pump Replaced or not?

i have a toyota 94 camry xle.
checklight is on, and shows, cylinders 2,4, and 6 misfiring, plus egr problem
I have changed all plugs, plus the egr.
the codes are p0300,p0302,p0304,p0306,p0402
how do i know if egr is on of off? how do i turn it on?

PROBLEM IS THIS, WHEN I TURN THE IGNITION ON, I HAVE TO DEPRESS THE ACCELERATOR ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR TO START THE ENGINE IT WILL NOT START BY JUST TURNING IGNITION ON, ...WHAT'S THE PROBLEM HERE?

The vacuum hose on top of the EGR valve diaphragm can controls the valve. Disconnect the hose and plug it. The valve should be closed. If not then the EGR valve may be stuck open.
