This is my first time posting to this forum. So yes I am a noob. I would like to buy these rims and I am not sure if they fit my 2007 camry se. The person that wants to sell them is asking me about an offset. I don't know what the heck he is talking about. Can somebody please tell me if these rims will my 2007 camry se?

Nippon Racing Wishbone wheels.
18 x 7.5 +45 5x114

Being that they are 18" rims I would like to buy 18" tires will this present any issues? Will this size work for me I really don't want a choppy ride.
