I currently own a 2002 6speed nissan maxima. I LOVE this car. However, I think speed and power are impressing me less and less these days.

I have a budget of about $8k give or take a little. A car like the one at the bottom link is what I am looking for. Leather, wood grain, MUCH COMFORT.

Basically I am shifting from speed and performance to gas and COMFORT/LUXURY!!!

This car is JUST out of my price range, but the XLE seems my way.

My question is....What advice do you ORGers have about buying this car? Maintaince costs? Common problems they have? I'm sure they are much easier then my current maxima.
