Default Horn

Anyone have an issue with their horn on 2009 Camry not working? I've checked the fuses, couldn't find any relays, I've also tested the horn it's still ok. I went as far as replacing the Clockspring and still the horn doesn't work.

Horn relay may be in a fuse box engine compartment left side. May look like a square box with one corner angled. The relay may be built into the fuse circuit board.

Default fuse circuit board

Are you able to provide any pictures in regard to your response below, as I am also trying to troubleshoot horn problems. Continuity is good up to the fuse, so I'm assuming relay is bad. I need help finding horn relay.

Appears hard wired to the circuit board. Box is in an engine compartment plastic box shaped like a square but having one large angled side.

Might be the horn switch or cable inside steering wheel.
