Default How do you delete old phones from a 2009 Toyota Camry?

I need help really bad. I just bought a new phone and have 2 slots for Bluetooth devices to be paired to my car.

My problem is that both phone slots have old phones that I no longer use. Is there a way to delete those phones without the actual device being available?

If so how do I remove them on my own?

Does the car have a navigation or radio screen?

Go to Info/Phone/Settings/Bluetooth/Delete.

From the list of phones, select and delete.
