I am Jason with questions
#1: In Off-Topic do members goof around alot? If so how can I tell if what they are saying is serious or not?
#2: If I get a flame/flames/other offensive message(s) in Off-Topic (A1) or Anywhere else (B1) what should I do?
#3: Is religion allowed to be discussed?

1. Yes. Off topic is basically open for scrutiny.
2. PM the person. No need to be childish and bring it out in public. A simple.. "You got PM" or "I'll take whatever you gotta say in PM".
3. Religion is a very broad subject along with the notion of each one's beliefs- with that said.. yes. Unless you're not ready to handle the people's comments.
