ignition question

Default ignition question
I accidentally pulled the ign ecu fuse while the key is on on. Now everytime I put the key in the on position I hear 2 clicks which seems to come from the passenger side on the engine

1999. It starts fine, maybe I just never noticed the clicks before, but I'm curious as to what the clicks are
