Default need advice 1mz-fe

hi. i have a 1994 camry 1mz-fe. it starts but spits out an ignitor circuit failure code p1300. ive tracked dow the problem to the number one ignition coil pack. im getting 12 volts to the hot side with key on, but nothing to the negative side. the other five coils have 12 volts to both sides. i have continuity from ignitor plug blue wire to coil pack number one blue wire, but no volts. can i run a jumper wire from the ecm to coil pack if i can locate the correct pin? having trouble finding pin read out for this model. thank u

Do you mean run a wire from the igniter to the ECM for the No 1 coil?

From igniter to ECM for No 1 coil the wire is white/green.

well last night i had 12 volts with key on and engine off to 5 of the six coils positive and negative sides except number one coil where i had power only to hot side. also at ignitor plug i had 12 volts to every wire except number one coil negative, which is blue on my car. but now tonight, im getting voltage to the ground wire at ignitor plug and im getting voltage to that bare interference wire that wraps around the two cps wires. also i have continuty from ignitor plug blue wire to coil number one.

also, when engine is running, the negative side of coils is pulsing. history is it just started running bad and stalling one night. ive replaced all coils, i completley checked fuel system from a to z, its all good. replaced cps sensor cause old one was in poor shape and leaking oil. ecm keeps spitting out a faulty ignitor circuit number 1 code. sometimes when i start it it will run great for a few seconds, but then check engine light comes on and it runs bad again. at idle it sounds great, but as soon as it revs, it cuts out. starts great too. just dies under any type of lode.

Coil hot wires are all gained together..

Ground wires of igniter go to computer.

Issue could be:
Wiring such as open or short in IGF or IGT circuit from igniter to ECM
Igniter. There is no way to test this but they typically work or they don't.
ECM
