This is my first Toyota. A 2018 Camry LE. 18000 miles with one owner. Amazed at the MPG and quietness of the car in general.
Unfortunately it has one major fault. All of a sudden after 3 months ownership, the Valet Mode is on, and no one can find the original code. I can get the trunk opened with the dash button and with a key to the partially hidden trunk key hole. Air-Condiioning works, but cannot get to Set Up. No audio.The car is out of the 3 year warranty. Need a workaround to the Valet Mode.

UPATE. My special lady was able to program out the error. No more Valet Mode!

 

Would assume if there was a simple workaround to the valet code then there would be no point having one. Try the dealer who can use their diagnostic tools to enter the cars computer.
