overdrive electrics
Since I removed the OD lockout switch and shift **** on my 2.0 automaic '89 Camry wagon the overdrive doesn't work unless I hold the switch down. Never get the OD OFF light. I think I blew a fuse, can't find a blown fuse. Need help please.

RE: overdrive electrics
If the O/D works when you hold down the switch, the trans O/D is working.
The switch needs to be ON for the O/D to work.
The circuit uses the Gauge fuse.
Perhaps there is something wrong with the bulb circuit or bulb. The bulb being on or off is not a confirmation the trans O/D is On/Off. It is a separate circuit and normally only means that the switch is in the on or off position.
