sorry for taking so long, had to wait on the weather to get better but after taking the air filter and intake hose leading to the throttle body off to insure a good sight line the only thing that is directly under the the throttle body is the distributor entering the block. I looked into the throat and could not see what some say should be a exposed vent or vane leading from the throttle body to the AIC and before the butterfly valve. there is no vane before or directly behind the butterfly, I can not find the device, as you have displayed. I was left with spraying carb cleaner into the throttle body and cleaning it out. a lot of buildup behind the butterfly valve. I cleaned what I could reach. Question, the car was built 07/91 but sold as a 92. could Toyota have moved or even changed the AIC location.

Maybe, whats the make and model number of the "transmitter" most can be used for cars/ trucks/ airplanes but definitely not with home electronics
