Default Serious Brake issues

I have a 2018 Toyota Camry LE, I started getting serious Vibrations whenever I put on the Brakes. The Car has 180,000 miles. So I went ahead and got New Brakes and Rotors and had Brake fluid replaced. All was good until about 10,000 miles go by, and It was Vibrating again really bad. So the Mechanic advised getting some high performance rotors because he thinks the Rotors are warping. So I had them replaced again. 10,000 miles later I am getting the same Severe Vibration. My Mechanic cant figure it out. He is blaming the warping on the Car Wash and I think thats a bunch of Bull because I dont know anyone else this is happening to.
Any help or advice would be appreciated. I dont want to buy Rotors every 10,000 miles

I highly doubt a wash would cause this warping.
How do the brake pads wear? Is the inboard shoe worn more that the outboard side?
Do you feel the braking vibration in the steering wheel or pedal?
How are the wheel bearings? Is everything quiet and smooth while just regular driving?
I think you may have a sticking caliper(s).

The funny thing is, the Pads are in good condition and dont wear more than the other.
It Vibrates both Steering wheel and Pedal. Dont know about the Wheel Bearings.
The Car runs wonderful while driving

What brand of rotor is the mechanic using?

Unless your coming to the car which with hot brakes doubt this is a problem. People can get into trouble driving through standing water on the road with hot brakes.

Check out the car wash theory. The next time at the car wash let the car sit for a time to cool off the brakes. If you have rims that allow touching the rotor feel the disk for temp.
