just bought my 19 XSE a few weeks ago and decided to try out the remote connect , after paying for the subscription or renewing as it was a CPO car I've noticed everything works on the remote app except the remote start , says to call Toyota as request could not be completed , does anyone know if this may be a firmware issue ? any help would be appreciated
