Default Vibration at 45

I am new to the forum and have a problem I can't quite figure out. Please help if you can. I have a 90 camry wagon with a v6. Vehicle runs great, no misses, idles smooth, has great acceleration. But, right around 45 mph I get a vibration from the engine area. If you accelerate, it goes away. If you back off and decelerate it goes away. If you hold your speed it seems to get worse and act like the engine is ******* down. I tried hitting the brake while it is happening and no change. I have turned right and left while it was happening and no change. There is no vibration in the brake pedal nor in the steering wheel. I am thinking or should I say leaning towards a motor mount or harmonic dampener / front pulley. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Any change in engine RPM when the vibration is occurring?

Check the tires which may be out of balance, have damage, ply shift, bent rim, etc. If you have a spare try rotate it into the front and determine if that makes a difference.

Another test is try placing the front tire with rear tire and see if it will make a difference.

Default Tire Check

Yes, I had the tires checked through Firestone and was told they were fine. They show no signs of unusual wear and the balance on all 4 were good. They told me that if it was a bad belt that when I accelerate the vibration should get worse not go away. As far as the rpm's changing I do not know. I don't have a tach in the car but if I hold at that speed the car does seem to dog down and run crappy but as soon as I back off or step on the gas pedal it balances right back out. One thing I did not mention before is I go from like 70 and slow down to around 45 it will do it then as well. I am baffled.

The vibration also occurs when the car is costing from 70 to 45?

Sorry for taking so long to answer but been busy working. No, alot of my travel is interstate and business route. I do alot of driving at 45 and that is why the vibration is so irritating. When I come off the interstate and go to hold at 45 the vibration does appear. It does not happen under a coast.
