Default Whistling noise

My daughters car Camry 2007 V6 is making a whistle sound when she’s at a low speed less than 20 miles per hour. The sound will only happen when it is warm out. (WI snowy weather). When she brakes or accelerates past 20 it goes away. Bearings and brakes are fine. Can anyone tell me what this is?

Location of noise? Front, back, under dash, etc.

Air noise?

Power brakes do use a vacuum assist booster. Check booster and vacuum hose to it for leaks. The internet would have a test to check for proper booster operation of Toyota products.

Also check for engine intake air leaks, improper engine air filter cover installation, etc.
