Hi, and thanks in advance for your help. Has anyone turbocharged or supercharged a 2010 Camry V6. If so, what was the performance improvement, about how much does it cost for the complete job including other needed modifications to the car, and what equipment did you use. Believe it or not, I'm trying to decide between the comfort and performance of a hopped up camry, vs the brute force of a Mustang 5.0. Perhaps my being 60 explains he need for comfort, ha ha!

 

The earlier Camry engines have been turbocharged successfully. Mostly the 5S-FE 4-cylinder but a few V6 engines.

At one time a kit was available from one Toyota dealer for the 4 cylinder, about $2K.

I have no idea about the newer engines. Might ask at the Toyotanation website, members have turbo'd earlier engines.
